One & Only Palmilla presents First Mexican Culinary Festival

One & Only Palmilla resort presents the First Mexican Culinary Festival in Los Cabos. A three day festival will be featuring three acknowledged Mexican chefs:

- on Thursday, 3 November: Enrique Olvera, Chef of Nr. 1 restaurant in Mexico, Pujol, will be preparing a dinner, combined with the wines of Roganto from Ensenada, Baja California.

- on Friday, 4 November: Chef Daniel Ovadia  from restaurant Paxia, will be preparing a dinner, paired with wines from winery Vinisterra, another great winery from Ensenada, Baja California.

- On Saturday, 5 November: Chef Edgar Nuñez from Restaurant Sud 777. Nuñez will be pairing his dinner with wines from Sinergi VT winery.

Price per person: $95 USD, + tax & service. The price includes the dinner with wine pairing.
