ESCAPES welcomes a new favorite place with authentic Mexican cuisine in Cabo San Lucas. HACIENDA EL COYOTE, Restaurant & Tequila Lounge, is located near the Cabo Marina, close to El Tesoro Hotel and Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas high end residential community.

HACIENDA EL COYOTE celebrates the Glorious Mexican Heritage. They are serving original recipes from states of Jalisco, Oaxaca, Yucatan and Puebla, using the finest and freshest local ingredients, prepared by the Executive Chef Rodrigo Martínez. Try their Cochinita Pibil, the Oaxacan Tamales, the Mole Poblano, home made flautas, apple empanadas (one of our new favorite Mexican desserts, reminding us a little bit of traditional Apfel Strudel from Vienna), delicious churros and special house’s hot chocolate!

Beverage menu is rich and especially gratifying if you are a tequila lover. And if you are not – don’t worry, with the selection of more than 120 different awarded tequilas, they will turn you into their biggest admirer.
