Grupo Solmar Resort Awarded for Excellence in Service

We received some great news from our friends at Grupo Solmar, and would like to share it with you:

RCI, a global provider of leisure travel services to businesses and consumers, and the worldwide leader in vacation exchange, recognized the value and service that Hotel Solmar & Playa Grande Resort in Cabo San Lucas have provided to each and every guest in the past year.

On January 25 the award ceremony was held at the beach of Playa Grande resort, and these are the recognitions Grupo Solmar received:

It is worth noticing, that only 12% of the 5,000 worldwide hotels affiliated to RCI have been awarded with the Gold Crown recognition, and only 5 hotels in all Cabo San Lucas have received the Excellence in Service. These recognitions come to honor the quality services that the staff at these hotels has given to each and every guest during their stay in the hotels in 2009.
