Celebrating New Year in Mexico

In Mexico, as in everywhere else, a New Year signifies the opportunity to begin something new, celebrate the year that is passing and welcoming the coming one, to analyze old goals and make New Year’s resolutions and celebrate. It is common to find families and friends celebrating on the eve of New Year, to toast right at midnight, eating 12 grapes, a grape for each month of the new year, and wishing something as eating each of them.
